Special knives set for lamb slaughting. Cleaver for bones, double edge knife to slaught, knife to fillet, sharpening steel and protection case to bring all pieces comfortably and safely.
MOVA stainless steel with high edge retention, dishwasher safe and anti-bacterial Nylon-POM handle and inyected or triple riveting fastening system.
RECOMMENDATION: Get better conservation and durability of our knives by not washing them in the dishwasher, always do it by hand with soft sponge and soap and dry them afterwards.

The best oil for maintaining our cutlery tools, pocketknives, knives, scissors and swords is mineral oil with a high level of filtering. This type is of high quality and multiple applications, it has the best properties since it is the most liquid of all with great penetration capacity. We recommend its use as extra protection on the blade of any tool, even if it is stainless, as well as for the perfect adjustment of the axis of knives or scissors. ATTENTION: Never use vegetable oil, as it is too thick and degrades over time, favoring the accumulation of dirt.
