Likewise, international shipments to countries outside the European Union could incur customs charges in the destination country at the expense of the buyer. *ATTENTION: The maximum period for making the payment by Bizum or Wire Transfer is 3 days, after that time the order will be canceled.
You can download invoice of your order through your Customer account. Log in with your email and password and go to the "My orders" section, select the order and click "Download invoice".

*ATTENTION: In special cases, only for INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS, the shipping price paid by the customer could be higher if the corresponding transport agency so indicates because it is a REMOTE AREA of that country. All shipments through our agency are fully insured against loss or any other damage sustained during transit.
In case of detecting any anomaly upon receipt of the order, we have 24 hours to claim the incident to the insurer, therefore, you must notify us as quickly as possible through our Customer Service.

If you are ABSENT, the delivery person will deliver your order at a ParcelShop Delivery Point, where you will have to go to pick it up with your ID only for a few days before the agency returns it to our store. They will contact you to indicate you the Delivery Point address. Remember that if you do not pick up the order from the Parcelshop Delivery Point and it is returned to our store, you have 2 options: 1) Request a new shipment paying the return and new shipment costs regardless of the amount of the order or 2) Cancel your order, in this case, we will return you the amount of the order, discounting the expenses generated by shipping and returning it to our store, regardless of the amount of the order.
If you receive the defective order, you must notify us immediately.

ATTENTION: ALL PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN OUR WEBSITE OF HANDMADE OR SEMI-HANDMADE MANUFACTURING MAY PRESENT SIGNS OF IRREGULAR FINISH DUE TO THEIR TRADITIONAL MANUFACTURING PROCESS, WHICH IS NEVER COMPARABLE WITH THAT OF A MACHINE-MADE PRODUCT, THEREFORE, IT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED DEFECTIVE IF THE PRODUCT MEETS THE FUNCTION FOR WHICH IT WAS MANUFACTURED.
In compliance with the current guarantee law, all our products include a 3-year minimum legal warranty from the date of purchase, unless the manufacturer indicates a longer period.
Attention: It is required to present the ticket or purchase invoice to check the date of order.
Warranty is against any production defect, always that the rational use of the item is done, and it is out any natural deterioration as edge loss, color deterioration for dishwasher, etc...
The defective product, within the warranty period, will be replaced by a new one, unless it is not possible because it is discontinued or it is a unique product, in which case the customer will be offered 2 possibilities: Repair it or Return it and receive the payment of the amount paid.

CHANGES AND RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with the product purchased , you have 14 days legal right of return, from the date of receipt of the goods, in accordance with Article 44 of Law 47/2002 of December Reform Act 7 / 15 January 1996 of the Retail Trade.
Attention: Shipping cost of changes or returns to our store will be PAID by customer who can choose any transport agency. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CHANGES OR RETURNS WITH SHIPPING COSTS TO BE PAID BY US.
*We don´t accept changes or returns of CUSTOMIZED products (engraved pieces, sharpened pieces, modified pieces, etc...)

The returned products must be packaged securely, intact without signs of use with original box, all accessories and other superior packaging.
If package is damaged in shipping, “Simón Cuchillerías Albacete” would have no responsibility for it.
